Showcase Music Submission Agreement
1. Original Music Only. By submitting music to Showcase, you confirm that the track is 100% original and entirely your own work. No samples, interpolations, or portions of any third-party copyrighted material are contained in the submission unless you hold a valid, documented license to use them.
2. Ownership. You represent and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted music, including but not limited to composition, sound recording, lyrics, artwork, and any associated intellectual property. You have full authority to grant the rights described in this agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Placement. Submitting your music does not guarantee that your track will be featured, used, or placed on the Showcase platform. All submissions are reviewed at Showcase's sole discretion. Showcase reserves the right to accept or reject any submission for any reason without obligation to provide explanation.
4. License Grant. Upon submission, you grant Showcase and its parent company, World Famous Media Group, a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, synchronize, and create derivative works from your submitted music in connection with the Showcase application and its promotional and marketing materials. If your track is selected for use, a separate agreement detailing specific terms and compensation (if any) will be presented.
5. Identity Verification. You consent to Showcase's review and verification of the government-issued ID you have provided. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of confirming your identity and protecting the rights of artists and the platform. It will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.
6. Accuracy of Information. All information provided in this submission is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that submitting false information, including misrepresenting ownership of music, may result in immediate removal of content and potential legal action.
7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showcase, World Famous Media Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your submission, including any third-party claims related to intellectual property infringement.
8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
